This 8-week Hatha Yoga course is designed for beginners and introduces the original form of yoga. Each session focuses on gentle postures, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques to help improve self connection flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. You'll learn the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment, ideal for those who wants to learn the original form yoga, new to yoga or returning after a break.
This is a donation-based course $80 for 8 weeks, with all proceeds going to a charity that supports the education of children in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language in which all original yoga texts were written. By joining, you're not only nurturing your own well-being but also helping to keep this sacred tradition alive.
