A 5 week journey into the ancient practice that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our course offers a supportive environment to deepen your understanding of yoga. Through a blend of physical postures, breath practices, and some philosophy, you'll discover the profound benefits yoga brings to your overall well-being. Join us as we explore the path to greater flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
Each week there will be a 50min class, Q&A session, home practices and a handbook to take home with you! Upon completion you will feel a deeper connection to yourself, gain a deeper understanding of the practice and feel confident to attend our vinyasa classes or our new slow flow classes to continue your practice.
This course has been designed to inspire, empower and connect. I have carefully curated an Introduction to Yoga so all aspects can be briefly covered to give you a deeper understanding of yoga. I specifically haven't called this a beginner's course because it is more than, it is a holistic approach. This course is for anyone who is:

Amy Hill has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching full time for 2 years. Amy has expanded her yoga knowledge by also being a qualified Yin yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra teacher and has done a teaching mastery certification too. Amy found the transformation of yoga just by simply turning up and practicing. Being masterfully guided by a teacher who gently taught the essence of self connection - through mind, body and breath, she found a way back to herself that she didn't know she needed. This is how she likes to teach, along with her calm aura and welcoming presence. She is grounded by her daily meditation practice, which is the foundation for her yoga practice. She also has 4 kids at home with Inderjit, yoga and meditation helps to create calm in the chaos!
