This 8-week Hatha Yoga course offers a nurturing and comprehensive introduction to the original form of yoga. Designed especially for beginners, it’s also ideal for anyone returning to their practice or seeking a deeper connection to the roots of yoga.
Each week, you’ll be guided through gentle postures, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques that cultivate flexibility, build strength, and calm the nervous system. Beyond the physical, we explore how yoga supports emotional balance, clarity of mind, and a stronger connection to self.
You’ll be introduced to the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga in a supportive, inclusive environment that honours yoga as a holistic lifestyle practice — not just a physical exercise.
This is a donation-based course ($80 total), with all proceeds supporting a grassroots charity in India that funds education for children learning Sanskrit — the ancient language in which all original yoga texts were written.
