Your teacher

Inderjit Chahota has been meditating for over 20 years. Inderjit grew up in Punjab, India where he was surrounded by a strong meditation practice from his family, seeing them meditate each morning at 4am before the day started. He spent his school holidays at the Monastry with monks giving him an incredible experience & learnings to now share with people who are interested.

During the day time, he teaches Business to high school students and to college students. He understands the demands of a busy life, from a work perspective and also from a family perspective, we have 4 kids at home! If you're going to learn to meditate from anyone, you have certainly come to right space!
