2. Sun Salutations: Begin your practice with Traditional Sun Salutations, a flowing sequence of postures that greet the morning sun. This dynamic movement warms up the body and sets a positive tone for the day ahead. These Traditional Sun Salutations are different from those in the Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes.

-Traditional Sun Salutation practice: Saluting the sun with a traditional practice of sun salutations which differs from the Surya Namaskara A in our Vinyasa Flow classes. These are easy to follow making this a gentle way to start the day.

- Closing Meditation: Conclude the class with a brief meditation, grounding yourself in a positive mindset and carrying the rejuvenating energy of the sunrise into your day.
