A class to reconnect with presence, where mindful movement and stillness come together to create balance, clarity, and calm.

In this practice, we move slowly and intentionally, exploring traditional Hatha postures that strengthen the body while steadying the mind. Each movement is guided by the breath, inviting you to soften into awareness and cultivate deep inner connection.

As we transition from movement into meditation, the stillness becomes an extension of the practice... a moment to integrate, to listen, and to simply be. This is where the physical and the subtle meet — strength woven with softness, grounding infused with spaciousness.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a steady rhythm and a gentle depth that meets you exactly where you are. You’ll leave feeling centered, grounded, and quietly recharged; both in body and mind.

Class Focus

Move at the rhythm of your breath - slowly, consciously, with room to feel and absorb. Each posture flows naturally toward meditation, guiding you from movement into stillness.


As we flow through traditional asanas, you'll discover:
