With a soothing demeanor, Amy skillfully guides students through self-inquiry and the art of yoga. Drawing from over two decades of meditation experience, Inderjit brings profound wisdom from his upbringing among monks in the village of Punjab, India.

Amy is a dedicated yoga teacher who gently guides students through yoga and self-inquiry. With a heart-led approach, she creates a nurturing space for growth, balance, and deeper connection to self.

INDERJIT

Meditation & Hatha

With over 20 years of meditation experience and roots in Punjab, India, Inderjit shares deep wisdom shaped by his upbringing among monks.

LANIA

Vinyasa Flow

Lania is a Vinyasa yoga teacher, personal trainer, and massage therapist who blends strength, mobility, and breathwork to support balance and self-awareness.

Frequently asked questions

Yes! The vinyasa classes are suitable for anyone looking for a movement class. We are able to modify the sequence for any injury and to suit your fitness level. As a beginner, it is recommended to book a 1:1 session to address any queries and go through some foundational poses. Each vinyasa class has a gentle warm up, flow sequence, balancing, stretching and relaxation. So you always know that stretching and relaxation is coming at the end of the class :)

Absolutely! Wellbeing and safety are very important for you to be able to enjoy yoga. We are able to give modifications to your practice to support your body in the best possible way. If you have a specific injury or health concern, please inform us before the class begins. We will work closely with you to offer alternative poses and modifications, ensuring a safe and enjoyable practice. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga, regardless of their physical condition. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

Yes we have blocks and bolsters as props. We have cleaning products to use for after the practice. If you have any of your own props you're welcome to bring them too.

Please bring your own mat, a drink bottle to stay hydrated, comfortable active wear and an open mind for practice! It is recommended to practice without your socks on.
