Step into a nurturing, breath-centred practice with our Slow Flow Yoga class – designed to help you move with intention and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
This class offers a calming blend of gentle, continuous movement and longer holds, giving you the space to deepen your awareness, release tension, and build strength at a conscious pace. Through slower transitions, we explore alignment, breath, and the subtle sensations of the body – supporting both physical and emotional balance.
Whether you're a beginner, easing back into practice, navigating injury, or simply seeking a more grounded approach – Slow Flow invites you to slow down, soften, and return home to yourself.
With a focus on the self (both on and off the mat) Kimberley’s Slow Flow fusion blend invites you to “ground and grow” on a Sunday morning, leaving you refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
This is an invitation...
To unwind from the week and let go
To move intently, carefully, with purpose, strength, and fluidity
To be guided through a strong yet accessible practice, suitable even for beginners
To experience a strong focus on alignment, connecting prāṇa (breath) and body
To discover a moving meditation anchored by prāṇāyāma (breath control) and dhāraṇā (concentration)
Kimberley is a mum and a multi-passionate woman with a background in nursing for more than two decades.
