About Kimberley

Kimberley is a mum and a multi-passionate woman with a background in nursing for more than two decades. She has studied NLP, Vinyāsa (flow yoga), Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep) and has received training in Yoga Therapy. She aspires to yoga as “therapy for life” and believes deeply in creating positive habits. Her interests include psychotherapy, Qi Gong, Restorative Yoga, Nidra, climbing, and languages.

Come as you are. This class is your invitation to move slowly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most – your body, your breath, and your inner stillness.
