Hatha Yoga – Blackwood Studio

This is Hatha as it was meant to be felt – a practice where breath and movement weave together, where strength meets softness, and every pose becomes a conversation with your body.

We move slowly here, with purpose. Traditional postures unfold alongside mindful breathing, each transition designed to steady both body and mind. You’ll build resilience in your muscles while cultivating quiet in your nervous system – the kind of balance that lingers long after you roll up your mat.

Alignment matters, but so does intuition. This is your time to explore, to notice, to let your body guide you toward what it needs most. You may be new to yoga or simply deepening your practice, these classes meet you where you are and leave you feeling centered, grounded, and deeply at home in yourself.
